The Division of Instruction is comprised of our Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Elementary and Secondary curriculum departments and administrators, College and Career Readiness, English Language Learners, Physical Education, Health and Athletics, School Counseling, Adult Education, Career and Technical Education, Community Schools programming, and Data, Accountability, and Assessment. We are excited to provide our students with a strong academic experience and are here to support the students and families of Poughkeepsie City School District!
The Universal PreKindergarten Lottery was held June 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. Additional Information can be found on our UPK site here.
We are also accepting Kindergarten registration packets! Please see our Central Registration page for the application and directions for completing the registration packet.
