The Technology Department supports the instructional, admninistrative, and remote technology needs of the district. The Director of Instructional Technology is responsible for the purchasing of instructional technology devices (laptops, Chromebooks, interactive dsiplays, assistive technology). The technology team provides technical support, software support, and network architecture and engineering. The Director of Instructional Technology provides professional development for staff, instructional support through Technology Liaisons in each building, administrative office support, web site management and the district Student Information System (SIS).

The Director of Instructional Technology serves as the district's Data Privacy Officer (DPO) for NYSED and is responsible for training of administration, teachers, and students on Data Privacy and NYS Ed Law 2-D.
