Digital learning is an instructional practice use of a broad range of technology-enhanced educational strategies to provide students with quality instruction using digital tools to support their learning. It includes blended learning, flipped learning, personalized learning, and other strategies that rely on digital tools in varying degrees.
As part of the Poughkeepsie City School District’s strategy to enhance student learning, the district has aggressively begun the process of integrating technology into its learning environments.
Access to Technology: Having access to technology will be important to your child’s ability to fully benefit from the new online distance learning model. To gain a better understanding of your family’s technology needs PCSD has developed a quick survey for families to complete (click here). Espanol https://forms.gle/

Spectrum: To access 60 days of free internet parents should contact Spectrum by calling 844-488-8395. Spectrum will provide the necessary information and support to gain access to this free service.
Google Classroom: PCSD will be using Google Classroom as the distance learning platform where students will be able to access and complete their schoolwork.
