Hope you are all enjoying the summer months! 

With the Fall athletic season just around the corner, take this as a reminder to sign up on Final Forms to ensure you are able to participate on the first day of tryouts! Final Forms are officially open! 

High School Football starts August 23rd and all other High School Sports start Aug 25th!

To be eligible, you must have completed the sign off process within the portal, both the parent/guardian along with the student, be in good academic standing and have an up to date medical physical. 

Regarding medical physicals, please make an appointment with your Primary Care Physician to ensure an ongoing rapport with your doctor. It is important to do so! 

If you are still in need of a physical, please call the health office at 845-451-4850 ext. 3, as the doctor will be in the High School on August 20th to provide those with sport physicals that still need it. Pre registration is required and you must have signed up completely on Final Forms to receive an appointment.
