Hundreds of Poughkeepsie City School District students and families this month will take part in ceremonies commemorating their achievements, be it graduating high school or completing pre-K, kindergarten, the fifth grade or eighth. The kindergarten ceremonies will be held in three parts; consult with your student’s teacher to see in which they will be featured.

• Pre-Kindergarten: Friday, June 20 at 9 a.m. at Poughkeepsie Middle School’s auditorium.
• Kindergarten: Tuesday, June 17 at 9 a.m.; Wednesday June 18 at 9 a.m. and noon; all at Poughkeepsie Middle School’s auditorium.
• Fifth Grade:
  1. Krieger: Friday, June 20 at 9 a.m. at the school’s cafeteria and gym.
  2. Warring: Friday, June 20 at 9 a.m. at the school’s gym.
  3. Morse: Monday, June 23 at 9 a.m. at Poughkeepsie Middle School’s auditorium.
  4. Clinton: Monday, June 23 at noon at Poughkeepsie Middle School’s auditorium.
• Eighth Grade: Tuesday, June 24 at 11 a.m. at Poughkeepsie Middle School’s auditorium.
• Poughkeepsie High School commencement: Friday, June 27 at 6 p.m. at the school’s football field, with the auditorium serving as the backup site in the event of inclement weather.
