Samantha Sagliano

An Arlington High School Graduate, I grew up in the Poughkeepsie area my whole life. I Graduated from Mount Saint Mary College in 2020 with a Bachelors in Nursing where I was part of the Nursing Honor Society and Deans List. I completed some of my clinical field work within the Poughkeepsie City School District during my time as a nursing student. I was placed at Morse Elementary where I spent half of the year shadowing the school nurse. It was during that experience that I knew school nursing was the route for me. I love working with children and always knew I wanted to do pediatric nursing, so being a school nurse was perfect! After graduating and passing my boards I found out there was an opening within the Poughkeepsie City School District…at Morse!
I have been working as the School Nurse for Morse and summer school at Krieger since graduating college and I absolutely love it!
