The Division of Student Support Services led by Dr. Yvonne Palmer, Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Personnel & Special Services, is responsible for Committee on Special Education, 504, related services; Education Law 3214 heaings/manifestation determinations; in- and out-of-district placements; multi-tiered systems of support; and coordinator student support.
