Each week, Ms. Brandenburg’s 6th-grade class eagerly visits the Poughkeepsie Middle School library for independent silent reading. With endless books to explore, students immerse themselves in thrilling adventures, fascinating facts, and inspiring stories of their choice. Guiding them along the way is Mrs. Burlingame, our dedicated librarian, who is always available to offer recommendations, help students discover new genres, and foster a love for reading.
